The front office agent - Zguiden - helped me retrieve my lost phone by tracking down the taxi driver. The location is great - close to the airport and easy to get a taxi to downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. a fantastic experience.

It was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. All of the staff was super-friendly, amiable, and attentive to guests. - the breakfast had a variety of options: eggs and meats. - the property was in a particularly good location, in the middle of Jackson. - the hotel was around a 10-15 minute walk from a vibrant science museum.

I was truly impressed by their exceptional service. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Khubayb at reception was also very friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations. I highly recommend staying at Royal Asbu for a wonderful experience.

One drawback was that there was no laundry service or spa available on Sundays. As Sunday was my only full day at the hotel, this was a bit inconvenient.

The bed was really comfortable, and I slept peacefully each night. the location was ideal for exploring the city, and I appreciated the convenience of having public transportation nearby.

There was no shampoo or soap, and the tea and coffee provided were of mediocre quality. the room service menu was limited and some options were unavailable during my stay.
